P.S. Lumen

A white polyurethane heat transfer film that glows in the dark. It cuts and weeds just as easily as our popular P.S. Film – Easyweed heat transfer film. Perfect for costumes, holiday shirts, or any garment decoration that needs to stand out in the dark.
